HOA Board of Directors

The creation of a governing board empowered to address and resolve issues facing homeowners in Spring Creek Court was authorized by specific language in the Association Bylaws as filed in Harris County by the developer in 2004.  The Covenants (Deed Restrictions) were enhanced by the board's adoption of the Spring Creek Court Architectural Control Standards recorded with Harris County in November 2011.

Our board consists of five (5) director seats filled by volunteer resident homeowners of Spring Creek Court through the election process or by board appointment. Candidates must exhibit a willingness to devote the time and attention required to be continually engaged in the business of the board.
