Preferred
Management Services is the Managing Agent
of Record for the Spring Creek Court Homeowners Association,
Inc.
Preferred
Management Services
is an independent firm engaged contractually by the
Association's board of directors to manage the day-to-day
business affairs of the Association. In addition
to paying the bills, Preferred plays a central role
in the enforcement of deed restrictions, sourcing insurance
for the Association, invoicing, collection of annual
property assessments, production of monthly financial
reports, records maintenance and preservation, preparation
and filing of tax returns and a myriad of other important
tasks.

If
You Receive a Letter, Notice, eMail or Voice Mail...
...reply directly to the source.
If
you receive a letter, notice, eMail or voice-mail from
the Association's Managing Agent or the Association's
attorney, you, the homeowner, are solely responsible
for replying directly to the source of the letter,
notice, eMail or voice-mail, as indicated.
Speaking
with a board member extemporaneously will not excuse,
substitute or eliminate the absolute requirement for
a homeowner to reply directly to the Managing Agent
or the Association's attorney, or other parties as indicated.
Board
members will
not intervene, mediate or present a homeowner's
comments, questions, complaints, requests, position,
appeal or reply to the Managing Agent or the Association's
attorney or other parties on behalf of a homeowner receiving
a letter, notice, eMail or voice-mail. No exceptions.

Board
of Directors
The
creation of a governing board empowered to address,
manage and resolve issues facing Spring Creek Court
homeowners is authorized in the Association's governing
documents as filed and recorded in the Harris County
Real Property Records by the developer in 2004.
The
board consists of three (3) director seats filled by
non-compensated volunteer resident homeowners of Spring
Creek Court through the election process or by board
appointment. Elected directors serve two-year terms.
Homeowners
interested in serving on the board are encouraged to
contact the board. Volunteer candidates should
demonstrate a commitment to the time and attention required
to address the ongoing responsibilities and business
of the board.

Spring Creek Court Homeowners Asociation, Inc., executed
by the developer in 2005.

homeowners are strongly encouraged to read and abide

Annual Meeting of Members
of the
Spring Creek Court Homeowners Association, Inc.
As
explained in the letter you received from Preferred
Management Services, you will need to submit the absentee
ballot in order to receive the login information for
the virtual Annual Meeting.
Submit
your absentee ballot not later than 5PM on Friday, January
10th
to ensure access to the Annual Meeting.
All
Spring Creek Court homeowners are strongly encouraged
to attend meetings to learn about the status of the
Association and to voice comments and concerns about
issues in the community. Thank you!

Financial Reports
Upon
request, and at the offices of Preferred Management
Services only, the Association's Managing Agent will
make available for viewing a copy of the most recently
available financial report to any member of the Spring
Creek Court Homeowners Association, Inc. To maintain
the confidentiality of Association financial records,
no party will be permitted to take possession of any
records or copies of any records of the Association.
