Notice
to Spring Creek Court Homeowners
Prior
to commencement of any property improvement or modification,
homeowners must complete
and submit an ACC Application with Supporting Documents, an Executed
Construction Damages Agreement,
a $25 Application Processing Fee and a (if
applicable) $1,000
Damages Deposit.
All
applications are subject to ACC approval by the Spring Creek Court
Architectural Control Committee before
modicifications or construction has begun. Read
