Deed
Restriction Violations, Attorney Fees
Storage
or placement of trash and trash and recycling bags/containers
in public view on non-collection days or in the street
at any time are violations of the Spring Creek Court
Community Standards.
Persistent
"nuisance" violators will be referred to the
HOA attorney for enforcement by legal means. Once engaged
by the attorney, the homeowner is solely responsible
for all attorney fees resulting from the attorney's
efforts to bring a deed restriction violation into compliance.

"Garage
Door Pickup" Premium Trash Collection Service
Homeowners
in Spring Creek Court enjoy "Garage Door
Pickup", a premium trash collection service
that homeowners pay for in their monthly water bills.
This premium service allows homeowners to place trash
containers (plastic lawn bags, plastic "cans",
etc.) directly in front of or immediately adjacent to
their garage doors - even for those with detached garages.
The
aesthetic advantage of this premium service is the elimination
of unsightly trash and containers at the curb on collection
days.
